We have been working hard during lockdown to ensure that when we re-open the doors to our pub, it is safe to do so.
Our priority has been to make certain that our teams and our customers safety is at the forefront of our operation.
We have implemented a range of safe distancing measures which you will see when you visit us; these are outlined in our pub specific risk assessment that you can have a look at below for your peace of mind.

WHEN ARE YOU REOPENING AND WHAT ARE YOUR OPENING TIMES?
We are opening on Saturday 4th July at 12 noon for food and drinks. We are operating with reduced opening times that will be reviewed each week. Please check our website and Facebook page for the most up to date opening times.
CAN I STILL ORDER AT THE BAR OR IS IT TABLE SERVICE ONLY?
Customers are being encouraged to order using our app or with a member of our team at your table. Where you are unable to order at your table, you may order at designated points at the bar. However, customers may not remain at the bar once they have received their drinks, and must go back to their table.
DO I HAVE TO BOOK A TABLE BEFORE VISITING?
Bookings are encouraged ahead of visiting to ensure you have a table as no standing and drinking is prohibited
WHAT HAVE YOU DONE TO PREPARE FOR REOPENING?
We have a pub-specific risk assessment in place including COVID-19 control measures undertaken. Operating procedures have been reviewed and amended, as appropriate, with emphasis on reinforcing frequent and proper hand-washing, surface sanitising and social distancing measures
WILL YOUR PROVIDE PPE FOR STAFF?
Non-medical face-coverings, visors and gloves will be available on request
WILL YOU PROVIDE HAND SANITISERS FOR STAFF AND CUSTOMERS?
Hand sanitiser will be installed throughout the pub; these will be positioned throughout the premises
HOW WILL YOU KEEP THE PUB CLEAN?
Dedicated employees with be deployed, at all times, to clean and sanitise the pub including toilets. Tables will be cleared and sanitised after each customer use.
WHAT MEASURES HAVE YOU TAKEN TO ENSURE SAFETY FOR CUSTOMERS?
Furniture will be removed, rearranged or put ‘out of action’ to facilitate social distancing
Protective screens will be used to assist with social distancing
Signage will be attached to or close to tables, highlighting some Do’s and Don’ts
Hand-sanitiser stations will be located at optimum points
There will be regular sanitising of contact points during trading hours
Tables will be clear of all condiments, cutlery, marketing materials and menus, with the exceptions of single use paper menus.
WILL YOU BE SERVING A REDUCED MENU?
We will be serving a reduced food menu. The menus will be a single use and recyclable
WILL YOU LIMIT THE NUMBER OF DRINKS CUSTOMERS CAN HAVE?
It is not in our plan to impose a specific limit on alcoholic drinks consumed, with each customer managed individually
HOW WILL YOU MANAGE GROUPS OF CUSTOMERS?
Through the use of extensive signage, customers will be reminded about social distancing guidelines
WILL TOILETS BE AVAILABLE FOR CUSTOMERS TO USE?
Yes. Our toilets will operate a 1-in-1-out policy with a maximum of 2 people allowed into the toilets at any one time.
Hand sanitisers will be located in the toilets and signage will be displayed reminding customers about hand-washing frequency and technique
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS WILL YOU ACCEPT?
Customers will be encouraged to use our order and pay app.
When paying at the bar or your table, contactless payments will be encouraged, with the limit increased to £45 for cards. Cash will also be accepted.
